abstract The present invention provides a rubber cement composition excellent in processability and adhesion to a rubber member without inhibiting vulcanization adhesion between the rubber members even when toluene is not included as an organic solvent. SOLUTION: A rubber component containing natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber, and selected from SAF, ISAF, HAF, MAF, FEF, GPF and SRF in an amount of 30 to 65 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component. At least one kind of carbon black (A) and an organic solvent having a distillation point at 1013 hPa of 60 to 130 ° C. and not containing toluene, and the content of the organic solvent is 70 to 95% by mass, preferably 80 to A rubber cement composition which is 92% by mass.
