Method for producing antigen-specific T cells |
abstract |
In a CD8 single positive cell or CD4 single positive cell obtained by redifferentiation from an antigen-specific human T cell via an iPS cell, the same TCR gene reconstitution pattern as that of the original human T cell is obtained. Provided is a method for increasing the frequency of appearance of T cells. A method for preventing a change in antigen specificity in a differentiation process from an iPS cell obtained from a T cell having antigen specificity to a T cell having the same antigen specificity as the antigen specificity, comprising: / Suppressing the expression of the RAG gene in CD8 double negative T cells.
