titleOfInvention | Porous composite and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a heat-resistant porous composite integrated with a nonwoven fabric and porous polyamideimide (PAI), which is suitably used as an electricity storage element separator, and a simple production method thereof. [Solution] <1> A porous composite comprising a nonwoven fabric having an air permeability of less than 10 seconds and a porous PAI, wherein the air permeability is 10 seconds or more and 500 seconds or less. Complex. <2> When the nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a uniform PAI solution containing an amide solvent (solvent A) and at least one selected from tetraglyme, triglyme and tripropylene glycol (solvent B), and then dried. The method for producing a porous composite according to claim 1, wherein the PAI is made porous by inducing a phase separation phenomenon by utilizing the action of the solvent B remaining in the pores of [Selection figure] None |
