abstract |
Disclosed is a microarray system in which bubbles and air pockets are unlikely to occur. A microarray system includes a microarray formed on an upper surface of a flat substrate and an incubation chamber formed around the microarray. Incubation chamber 10 has a plurality of inner surfaces including a bottom surface on which microarray 20 is formed and a top surface facing the bottom surface and generally parallel to the bottom surface. At least one of the plurality of inner surfaces is a hydrophilic surface. [Selection] Figure 1 |
