PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry method capable of performing mass spectrometry efficiently with higher detection sensitivity without using a matrix. An organic silica porous film having an organic group capable of absorbing irradiated laser light in a skeleton, pores having an average pore diameter of 5 to 50 nm, and a surface aperture ratio of 33 to 70%. On the other hand, after carrying a sample containing a molecule to be measured, laser desorption is performed by ionizing the molecule to be measured and performing mass spectrometry by irradiating the sample carrying portion of the film with a laser beam.
