[PROBLEMS] To obtain water vapor that saves consumption of fossil fuels such as oil and supplies steam electrolysis apparatus with thermal energy by using waste that leads to reduction of carbon dioxide, which causes global warming, and thermal energy associated with biomass power generation. Provided is a method for producing hydrogen used as a heat source. Heat generated by combustion of waste or heat generated by combustion in biomass power generation is introduced into a boiler, water vapor generated by the boiler is passed through a water vapor heating device to heat the water vapor, and the temperature of the water vapor is adjusted. It introduce | transduces into a water vapor electrolysis apparatus, electrolyzes water vapor | steam, and takes out the produced | generated hydrogen. [Selection] Figure 1 |
