abstract [Problem] To provide a highly fluid concrete with a reduced unit cement content. A highly flowable concrete containing cement, water, aggregate, thickener, and high-performance AE water reducing agent, wherein the thickener comprises a water-soluble cellulose ether, and the high-performance AE water-reducing agent. The agent has a water reduction rate of 18% or more as defined in JIS A 6204, a water cement ratio of 47.5% or more and 65% or less, and a slump flow of 35 cm or more and 75 cm or less.
