abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an industrially versatile radically polymerizable polymer which has excellent heat resistance and also has alkali solubility and photocurability. SOLUTION: A carboxyl group is reacted with a maleimide-based monomer unit, an unsaturated carboxylic acid unit having no ester bond, and a carboxyl group possessed by a polymer having a monomer unit having a hydroxyl group as an essential unit. An alkali while having excellent heat resistance for a radically polymerizable polymer obtained by reacting a monomer having a functional group to be obtained, and a resin composition containing the radically polymerizable polymer and a radically polymerizable compound It has been found to exhibit solubility and photo-curing properties.
