titleOfInvention | Ultrasound probe |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to reduce the natural vibration frequency of a member that radiates heat and the noise generated by the higher harmonics thereof without suppressing the heat radiation effect. SOLUTION: An acoustic element 20 for generating an ultrasonic wave and detecting an ultrasonic wave, a support 31 for supporting the acoustic element 20 on the side opposite to the inspection object side, and an acoustic element 20 of the support 31 are reverse. A heat dissipation material 33 provided on the side is provided, and a damping / heat conduction material 32 made of a damping material containing a heat conductive material is provided in contact with the heat dissipation material 33. The attenuating and heat conducting material 32 attenuates ultrasonic waves to reduce noise and also has thermal conductivity, so that the heat conduction from the reinforcing material 31 to the heat dissipating material 33 is not inhibited.
