abstract | A cast nylon molded product molding apparatus and a cast nylon molded product manufacturing method capable of preventing a raw material liquid from leaking from a mating surface of a silicone mold are provided. A cast nylon molded article molding apparatus includes two or more raw material tanks, a metering pump connected to each of the raw material tanks, a mixing agitation tank for mixing and stirring the raw materials supplied from the metering pump, and a mixing agitation tank. A mold for injecting the mixed liquid, and a viscosity detector that can detect that the mixed liquid in the mixing and stirring tank has a viscosity (reference viscosity) that does not easily leak from the mold. When the viscosity was detected by the viscosity detector, the liquid mixture in the mixing and stirring tank was poured into the silicone mold. The cast nylon molded product manufacturing method is a method of manufacturing a cast nylon molded product using the cast nylon molded product molding apparatus. [Selection] Figure 1 |
