abstract |
An object of the present invention is to obtain a gas separation membrane having high permeability selectivity worthy of practical use by controlling the grain boundary of an inorganic membrane. In a module (110) including an inorganic composite membrane (106) having a gas separation active layer, the grain boundary (203) of the inorganic membrane is utilized by utilizing the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the composite membrane (106). The above problem is solved by filling the grain boundary by forming the grain boundary film (303) by forming an inorganic layer or filling an organic material. [Selection] Figure 1 |
