A positive electrode active material including a compound having lithium and oxygen having a large specific surface area is manufactured. In addition, a high-power lithium ion battery having a large contact area between the positive electrode active material and the electrolytic solution is manufactured. At least one of an aqueous solution A containing lithium, an aqueous solution B containing iron, manganese, cobalt, or nickel and an aqueous solution C containing phosphoric acid contains graphene oxide, and the aqueous solution A is dropped into the aqueous solution C. A liquid mixture E containing the precipitate D is prepared, and the liquid mixture E is dropped into the aqueous solution B to produce a liquid mixture G containing the precipitate F, and the liquid mixture G is mixed by heat treatment in a pressurized atmosphere. The liquid H is produced, and the mixed liquid H is filtered to obtain particles of a compound having lithium and oxygen having a small particle diameter. [Selection] Figure 1 |
