abstract | A urethane coating composition capable of forming a cured coating film having good scratch resistance and excellent anti-fogging durability, and a resin member having the cured coating film. A urethane coating composition comprising a polyisocyanate (a), a polyether polyol (b), and a surfactant (c), wherein (a) is one or more selected from diisocyanates and derivatives thereof. A polyisocyanate compound, wherein (b) has a number average molecular weight of 300 to 1800, and (c) comprises an ionic surfactant having a hydroxyl group in the molecule and a reactive group with an isocyanate group. An anionic surfactant and / or an amphoteric surfactant that are not present, and in the total weight of the components (a) to (c), the component (a) is 30 to 60% by weight, and the component (b) is 35 to 35%. A urethane coating composition containing 65% by weight and 1 to 10% by weight of component (c). A composition further comprising silicone oil, polycaprolactone ol, and a reaction retardant.
