abstract |
A corrosion-inhibiting compound that reacts to corrosion on a surface and releases an active blocking group when stimulated by corrosion. Active blocking groups are selected to block corrosion at the surface by preventing oxidation, reduction reactions and / or by forming a passivation layer. At least two preventing groups are bonded to the corrosion-inhibiting compound by an unstable bond, and the unstable bond is dissociated in response to a stimulus caused by corrosion. The above problems are solved by a corrosion inhibitor compound comprising a prevention group selected to produce a dissociated prevention group. [Selection] Figure 1 |
