abstract | In an inkjet ink composition for forming a white image, a white image having a higher degree of whiteness is provided while suppressing sedimentation of particles such as pigment particles in the composition. SOLUTION: An inorganic pigment (A), a polycarboxylic acid salt (B) adsorbed or bonded to the surface of the inorganic pigment (A), and a water-soluble substance that is not adsorbed or bonded to the surface of the inorganic pigment (A). Polyacrylic acid salt (C), water-soluble organic solvent (D), and water (E) are contained as components, and the content of the water-soluble organic solvent (D) is 10% by mass or more and 30% by mass. The following is an inkjet ink composition in which 25% by mass or more is an alkanediol having 6 or more carbon atoms when the water-soluble organic solvent (D) is 100% by mass.
