abstract | [Problem] To provide a low-sugar vegetable drink having a rich taste. The inventors of the present application have intensively studied and found out that the taste becomes richer by adjusting the viscosity. The invention completed by the present inventor under this knowledge is a low-sugar vegetable drink with a rich taste. That is, the amount of sugar contained in the vegetable beverage is 1.4 to 2 .
