[Solution] According to one aspect of the present invention, an optical member 11 having a light incident surface 11A and a light exit surface 11B, and light provided on the light incident surface 11A side of the optical member 11 and including light wavelength conversion particles and a binder resin 14 A light converting resin particle 16 comprising at least one element selected from the group consisting of sulfur, phosphorus, and nitrogen, and a carboxylic acid. Second light wavelength including first light wavelength conversion particle 13 including quantum dot 15 encapsulated in resin particle 16, light-transmitting barrier particle 23, and quantum dot 15 encapsulated in barrier particle 23.
