abstract Disclosed is a monoclonal antibody against an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of influenza virus, which inhibits the growth of influenza virus. The monoclonal antibody has the CDR1 amino acid sequence in the H chain variable region as GFNIKDTY, the CDR2 amino acid sequence as IDPANGNT, the CDR3 amino acid sequence as AYRYDYYFDY, and the CDR1 amino acid sequence in the L chain variable region.
