PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety in wound healing and regeneration therapy for bone regeneration by gelling platelet-rich plasma using human tissue kallikrein derived from human. [Solution] In the method for gelling platelet-rich plasma, human tissue kallikrein is added to the platelet-rich plasma and then housed in a plastic container for gelation. Further, human tissue kallikrein is a glandular kallikrein derived from salivary glands derived from saliva and is sterilized. To sterilize saliva, it may be filtered through a filter having a bore diameter of 0.45 μm or less. The liquid volume ratio of the glandular kallikrein derived from salivary glands to be added to PRP is 0.03 or more. [Selection] Figure 1 |
