titleOfInvention Fat-soluble extract that promotes migration and proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, extraction method thereof, angiogenesis promoter and wound healing agent
abstract An object of the present invention is to find a component having an angiogenesis promoting action from maitake and to provide an angiogenesis promoter and a wound healing agent containing the component as an active ingredient. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A method of extracting a fat-soluble extract from maitake using organic solvents that promotes migration and proliferation of vascular endothelial cells is found, and the migration and proliferation of vascular endothelial cells are promoted by the method. The fat-soluble extract is extracted, and the fat-soluble extract is contained in an angiogenesis promoter or wound healing agent as an active ingredient. [Selection] Figure 1
