abstract An object of the present invention is to provide fermented milk in which water separation is suppressed and a method for producing the same. A fermented milk containing a viscous polysaccharide of lactic acid bacteria and having a feature that the median diameter is 1 μm or more and 30 μm or less is suppressed from water separation. This fermented milk can be provided by a production method including a step of adding any one or more of Streptococcus thermophilus and / or Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus.
