abstract |
An electrophoretic apparatus for moving a target object by dielectrophoresis is realized using a thin film transistor substrate. An electrophoresis apparatus (1) includes a TFT substrate (10) for forming an electric field for dielectrophoresis and supporting muscle cells (T1) and nerve cells (T2). In the electrophoresis apparatus (1), the muscle cells (T1) and the nerve cells (T2) are moved by applying a voltage to some of the plurality of transistors included in the TFT substrate (10).
