A specific polyethylene component (A) is contained in an amount of 5% by mass to 40% by mass and a specific polyethylene component (D) is contained in an amount of 60% by mass to 95% by mass, and the following characteristics (1) to (4): A polyethylene resin composition satisfying the requirements. Characteristic (1): MFR is 0.1 g / 10 min or more and 1 g / 10 min or less. Characteristic (2): HLMFR is 10 g / 10 min or more and 50 g / 10 min or less. Characteristic (3): Melt flow rate ratio (HLMFR / MFR) which is a ratio of HLMFR to MFR is 40 or more and 140 or less. Characteristics (4): density of 0.950 g / cm 3 or more 0.970 g / cm 3 or less.
