abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition containing an unsaturated group-containing polyurethane resin that improves adhesion and chemical resistance of a formed cured film to a substrate. An active energy ray-curable resin composition containing an unsaturated group-containing polyurethane resin that is a reaction product of a polyol (A), a polyisocyanate (B), and a (meth) acrylate compound (C). The polyol (A) contains the polycarbonate diol (a1) and tris (2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate (a2), the average number of hydroxyl groups is 2.3 to 2.9, and the hydroxyl value is 50 to 150 mgKOH. / G and the mass ratio of (a1) and (a2) is (a1) / (a2) = 95/5 to 75/25, and one or more (meth) acrylate compounds (C) This is solved by using an active energy ray-curable resin composition containing a hydroxyl group and one or more (meth) acryloyl groups.
