An object of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently separating a specific metal element using an impregnated adsorbent obtained by impregnating an extractant from an acidic solution containing various metal elements. An impregnation adsorbent preparation step of preparing an impregnation adsorbent prepared by impregnating particles coated with a polymer with two or more kinds of extractants, and an impregnation adsorbent containing an acidic solution containing a specific metal element.
