An active energy ray-curable ink composition for offset printing that can maintain good drying properties even in a situation where the amount of ultraviolet irradiation is small. An active energy ray-curable ink composition for offset printing characterized by comprising a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, a photopolymerization initiator, and further containing an epoxidized oil or fat may be used. Epoxidized fats and oils are not polymerized by radical polymerization. However, as a result of investigations by the present inventors, it has been shown that the reactivity increases by adding epoxidized fats and oils to radical polymerization type ink compositions.
