abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote differentiation of low-differentiated cells when cells derived from pluripotent stem cells differentiate into a specific cell lineage, when there are relatively low differentiation levels and high differentiation levels. A method for producing a highly differentiated pluripotent stem cell-derived cell is provided. Differentiation into a specific cell lineage when a pluripotent stem cell-derived cell differentiates into a specific cell lineage has a relatively low differentiation level and a relatively high differentiation level. Pluripotent stem cells derived from pluripotent stem cells with low differentiation level and pluripotent stem cells derived from pluripotent stem cells with high differentiation stage into the same cell lineage. A method for producing a highly differentiated pluripotent stem cell-derived cell, comprising a step of differentiating the derived cell into a highly differentiated pluripotent stem cell-derived cell.
