abstract | An object of the present invention is to make it possible to objectively evaluate the feeling when a finger is moved on the surface of an object, including the feeling when a cosmetic is applied to the skin. A touch evaluation apparatus (1) including an inertial sensor (2) for detecting acceleration and angular velocity, and a sensing unit (4) including an attachment (3) that allows the inertial sensor (2) to be mounted on the back side of a finger (20). The movement speed and angular velocity of the finger are measured based on the detection output of the sensor 2. In the touch evaluation method, the inertial sensor 2 is mounted on the back side of the finger 20, the finger 20 is moved on the surface with the finger belly 21 facing the surface of the object 30, and the inertial sensor 2 detects the movement. The finger moving speed and angular velocity are measured based on the acceleration and the angular velocity. In addition to these measurements, changes in skin temperature before and after application of the cosmetic may be measured. [Selection] Figure 1 |
