abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for obtaining an aptamer that specifically binds to a low molecular nitrogen-containing organic compound from a DNA library by electrophoresis. The present invention provides a method for obtaining an aptamer that specifically binds to a low molecular nitrogen-containing organic compound, and comprises the following steps: (a) an aqueous solution containing the low molecular nitrogen-containing organic compound and a DNA library. (B) a complex containing the single-stranded DNA contained in the DNA library and the low-molecular nitrogen-containing organic compound by fractionating the aqueous solution via electrophoresis using an electroosmotic flow-suppressing capillary (C) amplifying the single-stranded DNA contained in the complex by a PCR method, and specifically, the amplified single-stranded DNA is specific to the low molecular nitrogen-containing organic compound.
