titleOfInvention Input device
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device in which a piezoelectric sensor is arranged in front of an electrostatic sensor so that the sensitivity of the piezoelectric sensor can be increased and a planar piezoelectric sensor can be easily arranged. In an input device, a conductive layer is disposed in a floating state on a drive electrode of an electrostatic sensor. The piezoelectric sensor is disposed in front of the electrostatic sensor and has a structure in which the first electrode, the piezoelectric layer 33, and the second electrode 34 are overlaid. The wide portion 33 a of the piezoelectric layer 33 and the wide portion 34 a of the first electrode and the second electrode 34 are overlaid on the conductive layer 23. Therefore, the area of the first electrode and the second electrode 34 can be secured widely, and the sensitivity of the piezoelectric sensor can be increased. In addition, by setting the region where the first electrode and the second electrode 34 do not exist as the electrostatic detection region S, the sensitivity of the electrostatic sensor can be increased.
