abstract To provide a super-resolution microscope that can be configured in a small size and that can be easily optically adjusted. A super-resolution microscope includes an illumination optical system and a detection optical system. The illumination optical system includes a light source 10, an illumination light demultiplexing unit 20, an illumination light delay unit 30, and an illumination light multiplexing unit 40. The light source 10 emits pulsed light including a finite continuous wavelength band component. The illumination light demultiplexing unit 20 demultiplexes the first light and the second light from the light emitted from the light source 10. The illumination light delay unit 30 delays the second light with respect to the first light. The illumination light combining unit 40 combines the first light and the second light from the illumination light delay unit 30. The detection optical system detects response light from the sample S by the first light and the second light combined by the illumination light combining unit 40. [Selection] Figure 1
