An elastic electrode and a wiring sheet that can maintain high conductivity even when stretched, and an interface for measuring biological information in which the elastic electrode and the wiring sheet are laminated. A biological information measuring garment according to the present invention includes a wiring including a first insulating layer, a stretchable conductor layer, and a second insulating layer, a first insulating layer, and a stretchable conductor layer, and a stretchable conductor.
