titleOfInvention Standard sample and microscope adjustment method
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a standard sample and a method for adjusting a microscope that can determine whether adjustment of an optical element used in a PO observation method is insufficient before confirming a spindle in an egg by the PO observation method. A standard sample SP1 is a standard sample used for a microscope that performs treatment on a sample by using a polarization observation method, and is adjacent to a first part SP2 and a first part SP2, and a spindle in an egg. A second part SP3 having a retardation equivalent to that of the body, and the first part SP2 and the second part SP3 have different retardations. [Selection] Figure 1
