titleOfInvention | Phenolic resin foam and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a phenolic resin foam having a reduced warpage amount and a method for producing the same. A phenolic resin foam comprising a foamed resin layer and face materials laminated on both sides thereof, wherein the foamed resin layer has 1-chloro-3,3,3- as a foaming agent. It contains trifluoropropene and hydrocarbon, the mass ratio of 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene in the blowing agent is 30% or more, and the density is 25 kg / m 3 or more and 35 kg / m 3 or less. A phenol resin foam characterized by having an average cell diameter of 50 μm or more and 150 μm or less, a closed cell ratio of 90% or more, a thickness of 50 mm or less, and a warpage amount by an infrared irradiation test of less than 7 mm. body.
