titleOfInvention | Method for producing particles |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a discharged melt rapidly when a melt obtained by mixing a molten resin and liquefied carbon dioxide is discharged from a nozzle. Thereby, since the melt is solidified in a fibrous state before being granulated or in a coalesced state, there arises a problem that the recovery rate of the particles is reduced due to generation of a fibrous product or the like. According to the method for producing particles of the present invention, a melt is injected while supplying a second compressive fluid containing nitrogen. By including nitrogen in the second compressive fluid, it is possible to mitigate a decrease in temperature due to the Joule-Thomson effect accompanying a pressure change when the melt is injected. Thereby, since it can suppress that the injected melt is solidified in the state before particle-izing, there exists an effect that the collection rate of particle | grains improves.
