abstract An object of the present invention is to prevent external charging from being terminated halfway. A first control device starts transmission of a first command when a vehicle-side connector and an external power supply device are connected, and a second control device receives the first command from the first control device. The third control device is in an activated state when receiving the second command from the second control device and receives the second command from the second control device. The active state is maintained when the power is on, and the power storage device is managed when the power is on. When the vehicle-side connector and the external power supply device are connected and the third control device is in the activated state, external charging for charging the power storage device using the power from the external power supply device is possible. Further, the third control device is configured to be communicable with the first control device, and even when the second command is not received from the second control device in the activated state, the first control device receives the first command from the first control device.
