titleOfInvention Thermoelectric conversion material
abstract A thermoelectric conversion material capable of exhibiting high thermoelectric conversion characteristics in a medium and low temperature range is provided. The thermoelectric conversion material of the present invention contains a sulfide. The sulfide has a crystal structure containing copper, tin and / or germanium, and a Group 6 metal element. The crystal structure is 2θ = 14.14 ° ± 0.1 °, 2θ = 16.18 ° ± 0.1 °, and 2θ = 23.04 ° in the X-ray diffraction pattern obtained using CuKα rays. Has a diffraction peak of ± 0.1 ° or diffraction peaks of 2θ = 16.32 ° ± 0.1 °, 2θ = 2.15 ° ± 0.1 °, and 2θ = 28.46 ° ± 0.1 ° . [Selection] Figure 1
