PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition containing an unsaturated group-containing polyurethane resin that improves adhesion and chemical resistance of a formed cured film to a substrate. An active energy ray-curable resin composition containing an unsaturated group-containing polyurethane resin that is a reaction product of a polyol (A), a polyisocyanate (B), and a (meth) acrylate compound (C). There, The polyol (A) contains a polycarbonate diol (a1) and a polyester polyol (a2) having 3 or more hydroxyl functional groups, an average hydroxyl functional group number of 2.3 to 3.5, and a hydroxyl value of 70 to 285 mgKOH / g. And the mass ratio of (a1) and (a2) is (a1) / (a2) = 75/25 to 55/45, and the (meth) acrylate compound (C) is one or more hydroxyl groups This is solved by using an active energy ray-curable resin composition containing styrene and one or more (meth) acryloyl groups.
