titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of polyolefin resin-coated steel pipe
abstract A polyolefin resin-coated steel pipe is usually coated with a thick film of several mm. When the polyolefin resin is cooled from a molten state to room temperature, a large volume shrinkage occurs. However, in the state of being covered with a steel material, the shrinkage is restrained and a residual shrinkage stress is generated, and the adhesive force is reduced, which becomes a peeling factor of the coating. SOLUTION: In the coating of a medium to large diameter steel pipe 1 in which the problem of residual stress of polyolefin resin is large, the coating method is manufactured by a coating method in which a multilayer is wound by a T-die method. In this case, by reducing the thickness of the sheet 6 wound and covered at a time to less than 1 mm, it is possible to relieve stress due to deviation between the layers of the sheet 6, so that the residual shrinkage stress at the time of manufacture is reduced and the adhesive strength is reduced. And the durability in a coating stress test such as a thermal cycle is greatly improved. [Selection] Figure 2
