Provided is a surface protective film which has antistatic performance, has an excellent balance of adhesive force at a low peeling speed and a high peeling speed, has a long pot life, and is excellent in durability and reworkability. Surface protection comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed by crosslinking a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer, (I) an antistatic agent, and (F) a crosslinking agent on one side of a resin film. A film, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition further comprises (F) a bifunctional or higher functional isocyanate compound, (G) a cross-linking accelerator of a metal chelate compound, and (H) a ketoenol tautomer compound. And (G) 0.001-0.5 parts by weight and (H) 0.1-200 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total acrylic polymer, The weight ratio of G) :( H) is 1:80 to 1: 300, and (G) is a titanium chelate compound or an iron chelate compound.
