abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin application, and a method for producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin application, which are less likely to cause stuffiness and itching when applied to the skin for a long time. A breathable foam body and a hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (A) are provided. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (A) is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin application, having a surface porosity of 5 to 50% and two or more holes having a circle equivalent diameter of 10 to 400 μm per square millimeter.
