titleOfInvention Gene search processing apparatus and method, gene search processing program, and recording medium
abstract [PROBLEMS] To search for a specific gene of a microorganism-derived gene having a function equivalent to a gene that performs a chemical reaction unique to a plant cell. A gene search processing apparatus includes control means for searching for candidate genes that perform a similar reaction with a query pair using a reaction database and a gene database based on input data of a query pair when generating a product from a substrate. The structure alignment processing is performed on the input data to obtain the structure alignment, estimate the RDM pattern of the query pair, search for compound reaction pairs having similar RDM patterns similar to the RDM pattern of the query pair, and search for the RDM pattern and search of the query pair. By using the database based on the RDM pattern having a high similarity and the compound reaction pair corresponding to the RDM pattern, the RDM pattern having a high similarity and the compound reaction pair corresponding to the RDM pattern are obtained by narrowing down the similar RDM pattern. Similar to query pairs To search for candidate genes to perform. [Selection] Figure 2
