abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a rubber composition for a tire having improved fuel economy, fracture characteristics and processability in a well-balanced manner. A first step of obtaining a first kneaded product by adding a rubber component, silica and a silane coupling agent and kneading, and a second step of further kneading the first kneaded product to obtain a second kneaded product. And the third step of adding the second kneaded product and the vulcanized chemical and kneading to obtain an unvulcanized rubber composition, and in the first step, the temperature was set within the range of 130 to 140 ° C.
