abstract | A polyvinyl chloride sheet having a transparent layer and low smoke generation is obtained. SOLUTION: It contains 100 parts by weight of a polyvinyl chloride resin and 5 to 50 parts of a plasticizer which is at least one selected from a polyester plasticizer or a sulfonate plasticizer, and contains an inorganic filler substantially. A transparent layer (A) comprising a polyvinyl chloride resin composition (a) not contained in the composition, laminated on the transparent layer (A), 100 parts by weight of a polyvinyl chloride resin, and a polyester plasticizer or sulfonate ester system 5 to 100 parts of a plasticizer that is at least one selected from plasticizers, and 50 to 100 parts of an inorganic filler that is at least one selected from calcium carbonate, silica, clay, inorganic layered compound, and hollow balloon.
