Manufacturing method of tire rubber composition and manufacturing method of tire |
abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a rubber composition for tires and a method for producing tires, which can obtain good processability even when a silane coupling agent having a mercapto group is blended. A tire rubber characterized by starting kneading of a rubber component and a compound represented by the following formula (1) before kneading the rubber component and a silane coupling agent having a mercapto group. A method for producing a composition, a method for producing a tire including the production method, and a rubber composition for a tire containing a rubber component, a silane coupling agent having a mercapto group, and a compound represented by the following formula (1): A rubber composition for tires obtained by kneading a rubber component in which a compound represented by the following formula (1) is kneaded with a silane coupling agent having a mercapto group. (In the formula, R 1 to R 4 each independently represents a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms or a cycloalkyl group having 5 to 12 carbon atoms.) [Selection figure] None |
