titleOfInvention | Polyamide resin composition and molded product using the same |
abstract | [Problem] To provide a polyamide resin composition which is excellent in thermal conductivity, heat resistance and measurement stability at the time of injection molding, and is capable of obtaining a molded product having an excellent balance of molding processability and mechanical strength. The total of (A) and (B) is 100% by weight, and selected from the group consisting of (A) 25-60% by weight of polyamide resin, (B) magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate and talc, and mixtures thereof. A polyamide resin composition containing 40 to 75% by weight of the non-fibrous inorganic filler and satisfying the following [I] and [II]. [I] (A) The polyamide resin contains 0.05 to 20% by weight of a polyalkylene glycol structure. [II] The thermal conductivity of the polyamide resin composition measured by a heat flow meter method is 0.8 W / m ยท K or more. [Selection figure] None |
