abstract | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical tablet containing minodronic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof useful as a therapeutic agent for osteoporosis, which has improved drug dissolution, tablet hardness, wrinkle adhesion and the like. A dosage formulation is provided. The pharmaceutical tablet comprises 50 mg or 60 mg of minodronic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof in the pharmaceutical tablet, and croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, and carboxymethyl starch sodium. 1 or two or more substances selected from the group consisting of: Minodronic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a hydrate thereof was measured by a laser diffraction method described in Japanese Pharmacopoeia The average particle diameter D 50 is 1 μm or more and 20 μm or less, and the drug dissolution rate 15 minutes after the start of the dissolution test is 80% or more.
