titleOfInvention | Retractor |
abstract | The retractor (100) can be used for endoscopic surgery. A retractor (100) includes a rigid perforated pipe (110) and a deployment body (120). The deployment body (120) is disposed around the introduction tube (130) accommodated in the perforated tube (110), the movable wire (124) accommodated in the introduction tube (130), and the movable wire (124). A plurality of fixing wires (126). The proximal end of each securing wire (126) is secured to the distal end of the introducer tube (130). The distal end of each fixed wire (126) is joined to the distal end of the movable wire (124). When the perforated tube (110) is inserted into the luminal organ or body cavity, the introducer tube (130) is advanced distally and the movable wire (124) is retracted proximally, a plurality of fixed wires (126) curves outward, and the plurality of fixation wires (126) excludes the inner wall of the luminal organ or the organ in the body cavity.
