abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a power converter that can reduce pressure loss of a refrigerant and can be miniaturized. A plurality of electronic components 2 constituting a power conversion circuit, a cooling plate 3 and a cooler 4 for cooling the electronic components 2 are provided. The cooling plate 3 includes a main channel 31 m and a sub-channel 31 s through which the refrigerant 11 flows, and a partition wall 32 interposed therebetween. The main pipe 5 m is connected to the main flow path 31 m , and the sub pipe 5 s is connected to the sub flow path 31 s . On the opposite side of the cooling plate 3 from the side where the pipes 5 m and 5 s are provided, there are a main connection port 6 m connecting the cooler 4 and the main flow path 31 m , a cooler 4 and the sub flow path 31 s . A sub-connecting port 6 s is formed. When viewed from the thickness direction of the cooling plate 3, between the sub-pipe 5 s and the main connection port 6 m, and the main pipe 5 m is disposed.
