Disclosed is a positive electrode material for a lithium ion secondary battery that reduces reaction unevenness inside the positive electrode of a lithium ion secondary battery and has excellent input / output characteristics. A positive electrode material for a lithium ion secondary battery according to the present invention includes a center particle represented by Li x A y M z PO 4 and a carbonaceous film covering a surface of the center particle, and a Raman spectrum analysis. R value (I 1580 / I 1360 ) which is the ratio of the peak intensity (I 1580 ) of the spectrum in the wave number band of 1580 ± 50 cm −1 to the peak intensity (I 1360 ) of the spectrum in the wave number band of 1360 ± 50 cm −1. The average value when measuring 5 points is 0.80 or more and 1.10 or less, and the standard deviation when measuring the R value at 5 points is 0.010 or less. [Selection figure] None |
